Floor Care – We are currently in need of Traveling Floor Care Techs. As part of the traveling floor care team you will be reporting to a GRBS Office each day around 4:30 pm to load the Floor Care Van with supplies and then travel to the assignment for the night. You will be working mostly in banks and corporate accounts, with the occasional need to fill in at a school. The schedule will be M-F at 40 hours per week with the occasional opportunity for weekend overtime. See below for current location openings.

Trainer/Fill-In Supervisor- If you like moving around to different accounts and working with new people, this is a great opportunity for you! This position works primarily 2nd shift, training new employees, filling in for leadership, and performing quality inspections. You must be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius of your home base location. Looking for Trainers/Fill in Supervisors throughout a variety of locations throughout the State!

District Supervior – We are looking for a number of district supervisors in the state of Michigan. As a DS you will be responsible for all the buildings within a  school district. If you enjoy training, leading and beind that motivating leader this position is for you. You will be working closing with your manager and customer to maintain GRBS quality standards. Supervior – We are looking for a number of supervisors in the state of Michigan. Our supervisors are the go to contact in either a high school or middle school. Supervisors work with their district supervisors to make sure quality is met, new hires are trained and concerns are resolved. If you enjoy leading a small team and having the responsibility of your own building then this position is for you! See below for open locations.

Bank Supervior – If you want to get paid to travel then this position may be for you! As a Bank supervisor you will be responsible for all the banks within a set region. Training new bank hires, filling in for openings and helping with floor care are the three major priorities of this role. You will be using your own vehicle for travel but will get paid for mileage and your time driving. Besides training new hires, this work is all independent so you need to be self motivated to complete the job. Working hours are roughly 6:00pm – 2:30am.  See below for current openings.

Bank Route Support – If you want to get paid to travel then this position may be for you! As route support you work directly with the bank supervisor to cover open banks with in a designated region. You will be using your own vehicle for travel but will get paid for mileage and your time driving. This is a great starting point if you want to move into a supervisor role in the furture. This independent work so you must be self motivated to compelte the job. Working hours are roughly 6:00pm – 2:30am.
